  3. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and generate leads.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  5. Manage and maintain our social media presence by regularly posting engaging content, responding to comments, and fostering positive interactions with the online community.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media to continuously enhance our strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Monitor and manage online reputation by promptly addressing customer concerns or complaints and maintaining a positive brand image.
  9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  10. Provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing performance, including audience engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates, to stakeholders and management.
