- Design and create visually appealing graphics and artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw, CANVA, and other relevant software tools.
- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence by regularly posting engaging content, responding to comments, and fostering positive interactions with the online community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media to continuously enhance our strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor and manage online reputation by promptly addressing customer concerns or complaints and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing performance, including audience engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates, to stakeholders and management.
