Experience: The ideal candidate for the KPMG Off Campus 2023 ServiceNow Business Analyst position should have 0 to 2 years of experience in designing, transitioning, or operating processes related to Information Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Cyber Security Operations (SecOps).
Certifications preferred but not mandatory:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator: Must have this certification, showcasing proficiency in ServiceNow system administration.
Specific Module Expertise: Expertise in presales or relevant micro-certifications within the ServiceNow platform, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of specific modules.
Business Analyst Certification: Possession of a Business Analyst certification, such as IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis), PMI (Project Management Institute) – PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), or an equivalent certification.
CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor): Preferred to showcase competence in auditing, control, and assurance of information systems and cybersecurity.
CISM (Certified Information Security Manager): Preferred to demonstrate expertise in managing, designing, and overseeing an enterprise’s information security program.
